2″ x 16′ Flat Eye & Eye Nylon Lifting Strap

These type 3 synthetic lifting slings have a flat eye on each end. This design is versatile, allowing for use in basket hitches, choker hitches, and vertical hitches.

The slings are made in the USA from heavy-duty, industrial-grade webbing, with wear pads in each eye for abrasion resistance. The strap also comes with a sewn-in leather tag that displays the working load limits for each hitch setup.

Determining Sling Length

Sling length is measured from the load-bearing point of one eye to the load-bearing point of the other eye.

Sling Proof Testing Certificates

Proof testing certificates can be supplied for a nominal fee – they must be requested at the time of order. These proof tests are performed in the factory where the sling is pull-tested to 2x the vertical rating and officially recorded as proof for governing bodies. During the standard manufacturing process, only random slings during a production run are tested for compliance; in order to provide proof testing certificates with your order, every sling must be pull-tested at the time of manufacture.
