L-Track Tie Down Kit

This versatile kit includes four sections of 4′ L-track that can be mounted to the walls or floors of trailers or truck beds to create multiple tie down points. For installation purposes, each track includes 10 holes that are compatible with our fastener pack, as well as many other common screws for convenient installation. Simply insert any of the four single stud fittings into the track and use the stainless steel ring to hook tie down straps, bungee cords, etc. Rail is black anodized for scratch-resistance and fittings have a black powder coat finish.

What’s the Load Rating on This L-Track?

Due to the many variables involved in installing L-track – the fasteners used, the mounting surface, etc. – we cannot provide a blanket working load limit. The track is designed to be at least as strong as any of the compatible straps and fittings we sell to use with it, but it is up to the installer to determine that the track is properly installed to provide sufficient strength. If you need assistance with this, consult your trailer manufacturer for installation suggestions. For more information, please refer to WSTDA T-5 section 3.4.

Please note: our L-track is designed for recreational and cargo control use; it is not certified for official wheelchair restraint use in buses, vans, and other transport vehicles.
