To ensure long-lasting functionality and visual appeal, Sturdy-Lite headache racks are made from a high-strength premium aluminum alloy. CNC machining with laser cutting guarantees maximum consistency – each section is precisely cut for seamless construction – and all welding is done by an AWS-certified welder for optimal cohesion on all welds. All corners are welded and reinforced for a heavy-duty product that will last. The aluminum is .125″ thick for durability.

A 5″ structural I-beam offers bottom support for added longevity, and the diamond tread brite maintains its shine so it looks great with your truck.
