3/4 Cordstrap Phosphate Buckles for Woven Cord Strapping

Cordstrap galvanized buckles are DNV certified and pair exclusively with Cordstrap woven strapping. The industrial-grade buckles provide maximum joint efficiency, yielding high system strength that rivals the competition. Each Cordstrap buckle is formed from steel and a phosphate coating is applied. This provides superior friction, reducing buckle slippage under vibration or load shock.

These buckles are built to give you feedback when in the process of strapping. The wings of the buckle will remain open until fully tensioned. Once the wings close onto the strapping, it indicates the cord strapping assembly is properly tensioned.

Pair 3/4 Phosphate Coated Buckles With:

• 3/4 Woven Strapping
• Heavy Duty CT Tensioner (recommended)
• Woven Strapping Mobile Dispenser or Woven Strapping Stationary Dispenser
• Pallet Guiding Needle
